macadamia mango matcha
BLOG POSTElevate your matcha game with our tropical inspired Macadamia Mango Matcha. This refreshing blend combines the smooth creaminess of macadamia butter with the sweet, juicy flavour of mango. Packed with healthy fats and complex carbohydrates, these ingredients provide much more sustenance and nourishment than your regular iced matcha. This flavour combination will be your new favourite and we’re sure you’ll be replacing your strawberry matcha to mango after trying this!
Serves 1

Ingredients
1 cup mango cheeks
1 tablespoon macadamia butter
1 teaspoon raw macadamia honey
2 teaspoons Japanese matcha
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
Method
1. In a high speed blender, add mango cheeks, macadamia butter and honey. Blitz until you have a smooth consistency.
2. In a small pouring dish, mix 1/4 cup of hot water with matcha powder. Use a matcha whisk to combine, or use an electric frother to blend until smooth with no lumps.
3. Pour mango mixture into a tall glass. Add a small handful of ice. Pour in the coconut milk and top with matcha liquid. Stir well and enjoy!
