This Returns Policy applies to macabalm (ABN 83 619 205 891) products purchased on the macabalm website or any of our apps.

30-day return and exchange policy

• Time frame: You have 30 days from the time you received your order to exchange or return it.
• Original condition: Any return or exchange item must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, unmarked and not damaged in any way. The foil seal on our products must be unbroken.
• Sets: If you have purchased an item as part of a set then you must return the whole set.
• Exclusions: We may sell clearance items that cannot be exchanged or returned. We will clearly mark these items so there is no confusion.

Afterpay purchases

• Store credit: For orders placed via Afterpay, you are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.

What if my item is faulty ?

• Customer care: If you have received a faulty item, please contact us at hello@macabalm.com
• Time frame: You have 30 days from the time you received your order to contact us about any fault.

How long does it take to process my return ?

• Standard processing time: We process return requests within 3 to 7 working days. Also, the refund time will depend on your bank’s processing time.
• Communication with you: You will receive an email once we have received your return request and again once it has been processed.

Who pays for the shipping costs ?

• Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Australian Consumer laws apply

• Your rights: You have rights under Australian consumer laws and this returns policy does not take away any of your rights.
• Additional rights: Your rights under this Returns Policy are in addition to your Australian consumer law rights.
