30-day return and exchange policy

  • Time frame: You have 30 days from the time you received your order to exchange or return it.
  • Original condition: Any return or exchange item must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, unmarked and not damaged in any way. The foil seal on our products must be unbroken.
  • Sets: If you have purchased an item as part of a set then you must return the whole set.
  • Exclusions: We may sell clearance items that cannot be exchanged or returned. We will clearly mark these items so there is no confusion.
