Current Shipping & Returns Policy [as of Dec 1, 2020]
Domestic Shipping (Australia): We have been supplied the below Christmas shipping cut off dates by Couriers Please. We will ensure any orders made by these dates will be shipped by that day, however due to Covid-19 and the huge volume of mail at this time of year, we cannot guarantee that Couriers Please (or any other domestic carriers) will deliver your parcel by the designated date.
International Shipping: Due to the variances with our shipping providers and your location, we can not provide exact dates for order cut offs and arrival dates, especially due to the ever changing landscape Covid-19 presents. Trust that we will ship your product off within 24 hours of ordering, with the travel time dependent on your country's mail provider.

Cut off dates for orders to your destination are as follows:

Melbourne: Dec 18
Brisbane: Dec 18
Adelaide: Dec 17
Perth: Dec 15
Darwin: Dec 15
Tasmania: Dec 14
NSW, VIC, QLD regional areas, best to order by Dec 14
WA & SA regional areas by Dec 8
NT Regional Dec 4
We do offer same day delivery to Sydney Metro until Dec 23rd.

Circumstances can change rapidly in this highly volatile environment, so these dates may be subject to change. Note also that time in customs is not included in our delivery time estimate and is outside of Australia Post’s control.
Recommended final sending dates for major destinations (Standard Post):
- USA, Canada, UK, Europe: Monday 16 November 2020
- Most of Asia: Monday 23 November 2020
- New Zealand: Friday 27 November 2020.

A replacement or refund will only be provided if a product is faulty.
We do not refund for change of mind purchases or incorrect orders.
Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging; no refund can be made for products that have been opened.
Where the product is faulty, macabalm will cover the cost of replacement shipping.
